California, Here We Come!

During the end of May, we traveled to Mama's home digs of California. Elias had been looking forward to this trip eagerly since this is where Mickey Mouse lives (never mind Oma, Opa, and Uncle T). It was a very busy week filled with beaches, mice, elephants, pirates, Legos, birthday celebrations and more.

Elias finally met his match and new best friend: Spike. Spike was his great Grandma's dog which now lives with Oma and Opa. Spike loved to herd around Elias and Elias well, the pictures say it all...

Then we were off down south to explore a whole world of legos at Legoland.

Dino Celebrations...Happy Birthday Elias!!!

We have started to begin the celebrations for Elias' birthday with a little party gone prehistoric:

Mama told a story to all the kids about a big dinosaur that came the night before and laid eggs filled with baby dinosaurs in the yard.  It was their job to find all the baby dinos.

Today We Honor Super Mama

Happy Mother's Day! We honored our Mama today by letting her sleep in and not having to cook all day. We went to visit family in Wabash and had a lovely afternoon.

Mama is feeling much better these days. The nausea and vomiting has been absent for a full week (although the headaches have not). Super Baby enjoys a daily Coke which helps keep them at bay (at least the migraines). Mama was very busy the last week + some days getting certified in lymphedema treatment and has gained more letters after her professional name. Here's to Mama...
