Zoo time!

5, 6, 7, 8...

She's growing too fast, let's celebrate!

Little Miss Aravis has been keeping us on our toes. Here's the highlights from the past two months.

She is a girl on the move. She loves the garden, foliage, and all things green!

So we put her in her crib to contain her and then...

Raising a feminist

Aravis is crawling EVERYWHERE! Pulling up on EVERYTHING! Getting into everything as well as scaling anything in site. She's funny and determined. She loves her brothers and her Daddy. She say's Da-Da. She is waving. She puts everything in her mouth. She doesn't sleep through the night, but prefers her tummy and her paci. She is fierce and there is a fire in her soul...

Racing into Summer Fun!

We have been racing into summer. Check out all our crazy adventures!

Emmett went with his class to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, because if you grown up in this town, the sound of cars racing at 200 mph in the air during May is what makes Indy special.

Helio's car!

Summer baby

The boys participated in several races with Daddy doing the Mini in 1:49:07 (PR) and Emmett and Elias doing the Rookie Run.

More summer fun...

Summer in the City
Mother's Day

Aravis' first time in the bike trailer

Both boys showing their ninja skills....

Emmett broke a board!

Saving this little gem for the future!

Oma came to visit us during Memorial Weekend!

Had to lower the crib

More races....this time Daddy and Elias finished a mile race in 7:01. Elias was first in his age group! (For the second year in a row)

Elias wanted to see Sigur Ros. So we went to Chicago to catch a theatre show.

And got to catch up with one of Mama's besties
The start of summer means the end of another school year. Just like that we have a 3rd grader. Elias had a wonderful year with Ms. Nocton.

We celebrated the end of the school year with a trip to the Strawberry Festival on the Circle

Emmett's class came too!

And of course, we finished out soccer season

Elias team played hard and with so much heart. They made it to the championships but in the end took second to the Oaks.
The start of summer also means our neighborhood Italian Festival!

Aravis' first carnival ride on the merry-go-round

Psgetti and meatballs

Rub-a-dub-dub. Two monkeys in a tub!
Elias went off to hemophilia camp again. He really enjoyed it. Really got the hang of his self infusions. He got "Most Energetic Camper" in his cabin. His favorite part was tubing. He caught the first fish in his cabin.

On our way home we stopped in to visit Grammy. 1,140 months combined!
