WARNING: THE FOLLOWING POST IS NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART WHEN IT COMES TO NEEDLES....
Oh hemophilia...to us this is just an every day thing. Some days it's so natural and easy and then other days we spend trying hold our spirits together. In the end, we are stronger and we are not letting this condition run our lives even though she will follow us like that piece of gum on your shoe. Some days its sticky and some days it's like it not even there.
Elias: He has had a port since he was one year of age. And he gets his medications about every other day. Set up and infusion takes no more than 5 minutes. Mama has a nifty cart that holds everything we need to set up in front of some cartoons.

| He even loves to help! |
Emmett: No port for a few more weeks. So he goes to the state hemophilia treatment center (they rock!) to get his now weekly dose. Once that port goes in he will most likely be on a schedule similar to his brother.

| Mr. Chunky Monkey only has good access on his head. |

| Emmett got his first REAL bleed tonight. |

Had to go to the ED for factor. These things never happen when the IHTC is open. |
If big brother gets a bleed/goose egg....
Little brother must to the same...
Hemo brothers...it's better to be black and blue together.
